Possible changes for the charter

3. iii. The TSC members of the Project will be as set forth within the “TSC_MEMBERS.md” file within the Project’s code repository.

We do not have such file. Instead we have the tsc team at GitHub: https://github.com/orgs/hiero-ledger/teams/tsc

3. ix. a. The TSC may elect a TSC Chair, who will preside over meetings of the TSC and will serve until their resignation or replacement by the TSC. The TSC Chair, or any other TSC member so designated by the TSC, will serve as the primary communication contact between the Project and the LFDT and any staff assigned to the Project.

Should we directly add that a vice-chair should be defined, too?

@hendrikebbers , do we need to bring this issue into the TSC's attention. After the latest changes to the charter, i believe your comments were not addressed.
