burnchain rewards endpoint pagination does not go back enough

From a user report on the /extended/v1/burnchain/rewards endpoint:

My goal is to retrieve data from block 913,849 to 876,050 (cycle 117 to cycle 100), but I was only able to get up to block height 908,698, even after adjusting the offset.
Do you know what might be preventing me from accessing the full historical data?

From what I’m seeing here, it seems the endpoint '/extended/v1/burnchain/rewards ‘ can only let me retrieve recent data: https://stacks-blockchain-api.vercel.app/#tag/Stacking-Rewards/operation/get_burnchain_reward_list
