Problem Convert v6 types to v7 types

I'm always frustrated when i have to manually convert types from v6 of the package to v7 Probably create helper functions to help

Additional context

e.g sdk's like velar, btiflow & alex still uses v6 of stacks.js and when working with them you may be using v7 of stacks,js so you get type errors. The txOptions its generating won't match the type
