Advanced options: types and times

• let user check which types to search for (address, street, place, etc.). By default, we could leave address unchecked to declutter search results.
• let user enter from and to date to search within. Can be a slider with two handles, but two text inputs for years will do.

I'd better fix lucene query language support, see histograph/api#63 . Then we can just use text input:

before:1980±5, type:"hg:Street", ok this is ugly, but

a) we need to fix #63 anyway
b) creating a good UI is difficult, this issue needs more input for that
