HiveMqVersion is wrong #527

Expected behavior
getHiveMqVersion() in class SystemInformationImpl should return "2023.10"
Actual behavior
getHiveMqVersion() returns "Development Snapshot"
To Reproduce
Just call SystemInformation.getHiveMQVersion()
Details
The class ManifestUtils tries to find an URL in the classpath that contains "hivemq.jar" but the community edition delivers artifact that is called "hivemq-community-edition-embedded-2023.10.jar"
