Pixel 7 Pro (Android) exhibits an extra thick blue bar on top of dashboards

A few months ago (unfortunately, not aware of the exact time this changed but it was an Android app update that regressed this).

Description of problem, include YAML if issue is related to notifications:
This is a dashboard issue, very similar to #5539 and while that fix resolved some dashboard problems, it hasn't fixed the Pixel 7 Pro.
The issue is that the blue bar on top of the dashboard is extra thick. It seems like the app is adding a blue bar to "protect" (safe inset?) the punch-hole camera area but that's unnecessary.
