Small improvement to the screens of automation, scenes, etc.

Since we have Categories, Tags and Area's in HA, it's no longer needed to put those in the title of every automation, device or entity to get some clarity of the whole system (running 500 plus entities and 100 plus automations is sometimes complicated).
But when I'm in a screen for an automation, device, etc. I can't see this in one glance. I can see the title but I have to go to "rename" in the hamburger menu to see which automation I'm actually editing.

Wouldn't it be nice to have the categorie, tags and area right there with the title in a unified way for all screens?

Something like this (and lets be clear, I'm no UX designer at all)
