Option to exclude items in Activity view in Sidebar

Not sure about correct terminology, or is this is appropriate place to put this feature request, but I have a particularly 'chatty' entity in my HA setup: specifically an uptime clock that ticks every second. This means that the default Activity view, accessed from the Sidebar, has an entry every second. While I can search for specific things, to only look at that item, would be nice to have some way to exclude a specific thing (or multiple things), that you definitely aren't interested in. Unsure what that would look like, or if this is something similar anywhere else in the UI, but think it would be a useful addition.

I would probably exclude that entity from the recorder as well, state updates like that are just filling up your database with junk. Ideally it should just snap the datetime of boot if you want to know uptime, entities that update state just to count time aren't allowed in core HA anyway.

Be nice to get an actual incrementing view on the dash, even if counting up from a date time of last boot; unsure how to do that, but will figure it out. Thanks for heads up on exclude option.
