Describe the issue you are experiencing

Describe the behavior you expected

The device/entity card should cover the whole UI with the close button always visible

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Scroll the dashboard a little bit down
  2. Click on any entity
  3. The entity card that pops up does not have the close button visible. The rest of the dashboard is (confusingly) scrolling behind it
