Weird scrolling issues on mobile - iOS app and Safari #27107

- I have tried reproducing the issue in safe mode to rule out problems with unsupported custom resources.
Describe the issue you are experiencing

Describe the behavior you expected
The device/entity card should cover the whole UI with the close button always visible
Steps to reproduce the issue
- Scroll the dashboard a little bit down
- Click on any entity
- The entity card that pops up does not have the close button visible. The rest of the dashboard is (confusingly) scrolling behind it
