Migrate `ha-dialog` to webawesome

Initial PR: #27020

Areas to update:

• src/dialogs/more-info/ha-more-info-dialog.ts (More info)
• src/panels/config/devices/device-registry-detail/dialog-device-registry-detail.ts
• TBD

Future thoughts

• Some dialogs might want to expand on certain actions, maybe for more complex settings or as an alternative to opening a full page
• Content changes are a little abrupt, so may want some short transitions here also (size ease in out etc.)
• Potentially should make the expand on title click be more apparent (make it look like a button or something)
