Missing support for CDC_ACM on RPi5 running HAOS #4390

Describe the issue you are experiencing

When I plug in my STMicroelectronics_STM32_Virtual_COM_Port in the RPi ig get consistently “debounce failed”. The virtual comport worked fine on both an RPi3 and also previously on my HA running on RPi4 on HAOS. Suspect you may need to enable CONFIG_USB_ACM in the Pi5 kernel build.

What operating system image do you use?

Home Assistant OS 16.3

What version of Home Assistant Operating System is installed?

6.12.47-haos-raspi

Did the problem occur after upgrading the Operating System?

Yes

Hardware details

Brand new RPi5 8 GB.

Plugged in my heatpump which is a STM32 VCP
