Drop deprecated fields from Supervisor info API

Description

The Supervisor contains three fields which are marked as deprecated since more than two years: wait_boot, addons and addons_repositories. They seem not to be in the client library. On first sight, it seems unused also in the hassio integration. Lets make sure its not used anywhere and drop all three fields.
