Bug with c.set?

Just reading the docs, and if you try to use the example for c.set the error below is thrown. How is this fixed?

app.use(async (c, next) => {
  c.set('message', 'Hono is cool!!')
  await next()
})

Typescript throws this error:

No overload matches this call.
  Overload 1 of 2, '(key: never, value: never): void', gave the following error.
    Argument of type 'string' is not assignable to parameter of type 'never'.
  Overload 2 of 2, '(key: never, value: unknown): void', gave the following error.
    Argument of type 'string' is not assignable to parameter of type 'never'.

Have you already set your Variables types in your new Hono() constructor?
