Locations: English & German title and description #226
Description
As a user I want to use our app in German and English. Therefore locations need German and English description and title.
Additionally I want to see search results when my search matches the description of a location.
- DB new columns for English title and description
- search uses both the English and German title as well as German and English description
- edit pages have two more fields for English description and title
- locations' show pages show title and description in chosen language (depends on issue Having the option to switch language #122)
