iOS app freeze after startup on iPhone 6s 7 11 #21954

disabling the new beta timeline avoid the free. it require a really fast fingers to do the 4 tapping to turn if off
I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

- just launch the app
- wait for the spinning icon (refresh icon left of the backup setting button) to stop
wipe the app and try again, still reproduced
