Mingw64 compiliation Make error #89
Description
The makefile fails with the following compilation error:
mingw32-make
cd test-high; D:/mingw/winlibs-x86_64-posix-seh-gcc-13.2.0-llvm-17.0.5-mingw-w64ucrt-11.0.1-r3/mingw64/bin/mingw32-make.exe
The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.
