!include command not functionnal

Hi!
your package is working like a charm but I've encountered a problem :
after many attempts of any syntax available I have not been able to include a file in a markdown.

both files are in the same directory.
main.md that needs to display a .puml inside
puml_file.puml

here is the syntax used :
main.md (articially added space between the ` to trump markdown)

# random title 1
text
## subtitle 
text 
` ` `plantuml
@startuml

[[!include puml_file.puml]]

@enduml
` ` `

puml_file.puml contains a minimal working example that works fine when mput directly inside of main.md

@startuml
a->b
@enduml

I see a couple of things that may be causing your issue:

1. The include works using absolute paths. By using [[!include puml_file.puml]], the lib will fetch something like http://localhost:3000/puml_file (or whatever host where it may be running). So it will expect the file top be at the root path. If that's your issue, you may be facing a 404 when fetching puml_file.puml. Try replacing the include by an absolute path from your root to the puml_file.puml

2. After applying the include, your plantuml will result in something like this

    @startuml 
    @startuml
    a->b
    @enduml
    @enduml
   

which also may be causing a compilation issue. Try to remove the @startuml and @enduml either from your include file or from the code markup.
