Expo Router Demo Enhancements

Hey,

are there any plans to improve the Expo Router demo app? currently, it is just the welcome screen. I'm playing around with it, so i went ahead and replicated the login/logout flow, i'll raise a PR with that.

Curious to know the overall plan with expo-router and see if i can help with it.

Hey Juan,

There really are not plans to do this as we already don't love the maintenance of the second demo application in the src/app directory.

It's likely that expo-router becomes the default in the near future, as we have many client projects using it now and that's how we determine the shape of the boilerplate for Ignite.

However, let me think on this some to see if we can find a better way to generate the demo application in an expo-router setting
