Support for GitHub workflow definitions

Is there was support for GitHub action/workflow definitions using this provider? I don't see any issues/PRs. Or, has anyone figured out a creative way of using the github_repository_file data source to fetch all the workflows and actions in a repository?

The goal of having such a feature would be that both the CI definitions and CI settings would defined in Terraform. If the workflows are in Terraform, additional security tools could pull the workflow content and scan them with, e.g. actionlint.
