Identifiers cannot be removed with admin role

Problem

Beginning September 17, edition identifiers cannot be removed using the UI. The "remove" buttons are not active.

Reproducing the bug

1. Go to ...Log in as admin. Go to any edition.
2. Do ...Try to remove an identifier, i.e. isbn.

• Expected behavior: Should be removable.
• Actual behavior: Not removeable.
