Properly report configured wifi range #589
Description
Due to the various intermediate calculations and unit conversions/rounding involved, the actual wifi range used for Mininet-Wifi is often off by a number of meters relative to the supplied argument. This should be properly conveyed in logging if it is not directly resolvable.
