Describe the bug

The filters for start dates in the loans backoffice page do not work.
Setting a date leads to the search breaking.
Removing the date also does not work and one has to click on the Loans tab again to fix the search.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to /backoffice/loans
2. Click on "Date" => "From" or "To"
3. Select any value
4. See error
5. The error stays, even when trying to remove the filer (this is fixed with the attached PR for react-invenio-app-ils)
