Extend Foundry minting metadata

Currently it is not possible to create an IRC30 token on-chain as no metadata for the foundry can be set

The core contract should allow arbitrary metadata. And The utility library should have wrappers for IRC30 metadata

Right now, a foundry will be created with the following metadata:

Renamed the issue as we could extend the current implementation to allow:

• logoUrl

Sounds good. Metadata wasn't a thing yet when this issue was created. So the issue was a little outdated 😅
