Make Solo log level configurable

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Currently the console output of Solo is bloated with chain event info, which is inconvenient when testing, because the error messages resulting from tests end up between the rest of the Solo output.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
To be able to configure the log level of Solo, to at least filter out info messages.
