Django FSM Log 4.x not released on Pypi yet

Version 4.0.0, 4.0.1 and 4.0.2 seems to have broken build action and therefore, couldn't be installed from pypi.

The issue can be worked around be installing it directly from the GitHub repo, but it would be great to have an official pypi release.

@ticosax as you were trying different release workflows, it may be worth checking this try: jazzband/help#384 with Trusted Publishing, although it still needs one action from Jezdez/Jazzband

any information with version 4.0 ? I need this version
