Issue with Installing Latest Poetry Version Due to virtualenvs.prefer-active-python Removal

I am experiencing an issue while trying to install the latest version of Poetry using the following command:

mise install poetry@latest

The installation fails, and it appears that the error is related to changes in Poetry 2.0.0. In the new version, the virtualenvs.prefer-active-python option has been removed, and the behavior has changed to prefer the currently active Python by default. To restore the old behavior, the virtualenvs.use-poetry-python option needs to be set to true (default: false).

It seems that MISE's install process is not accounting for this change. Could you please update the installation process to ensure compatibility with Poetry 2.0.0 and beyond?

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Run mise install poetry@latest
2. Observe the error related to the removal of virtualenvs.prefer-active-python.

Expected Behavior:
The installation should complete successfully by either updating the MISE configuration or accommodating the new Poetry defaults.

Environment:

• Poetry Version: 2.0.0
• MISE Version: 2025.1.0 linux-x64 (ef6936a 2025-01-01)
• Python Version: 3.11.10
