Look and Feel #5
Description
Code connection has a great logo and avatar but it's going to need a look and feel / theme running through the web site. Right now bootstrap is set up and has a lot of great built in tools to help but if you prefer a different framework, feel free. Any themes are welcome but please think about responsiveness and display on all screen sizes as you design.
