Power management for touch bar (function row keys)

Is there a way to control the brightness of the dell xps 9345 touchbar (function row keys)? In bright rooms it is very dim. AI says I need dell_wmi or dell-laptop or that my kernel needs to be compiled with CONFIG_DELL_WMI=y and CONFIG_DELL_LAPTOP=y

sudo modprobe dell_wmi
modprobe: FATAL: Module dell_wmi not found in directory /lib/modules/6.19.0-jg-0-qcom-x1e

sudo modprobe dell-laptop
modprobe: FATAL: Module dell-laptop not found in directory /lib/modules/6.19.0-jg-0-qcom-x1e

Is this the case or there is another way to do this? I know the brightness is dim because there was a time the touchbar light brightly but after I rebooted it was back to being dim. Not sure if the cause of this problem is also the reason why the touchbar won't turn of when when power off unless I disconnect the power
