Table export MD to Beamer with LuaLaTeX throws error, produces no PDF

Hi,

I keep getting error messages about the counter not being defined when I try to export an MD file to a beamer PDF using LuaLaTeX. The export doesn’t produce a PDF and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong regarding the export command, or if it has anything to do with beamer or LuaLaTeX.

I’ve attached the MWE including information on the pandoc install (Windows 11, work machine, I have no admin rights) and the error message as it appears in the bash, including the packages I load for the presentation contents.

When I export the file to LaTeX, I get the following:

Upgrading your tex installation may work, otherwise try a nightly as the problem is now fixed in HEAD.
