Add patch to fix dictation not working

I think there is an issue created regarding dictation not working, however, this seems to be a fix by adding a patch:

Ah, excellent that there's a patch. I'll try and find time this week to test the patch against the latest stable version and try to get an updated release out.

The extra good news is that the patch seems to have been merged a while ago, so the nightly builds should work with dictation already :)
