git push --mirror does not work , gives a fatal error message when target url used. please suggest.

Josh,
I logged in to EMU account only, followed all the instructions, still gets fatal error while I push the changes to target URL, when you say target URL, is this EMU account, does it migrate?
I created the repo on the EMU Organization and tried it too.
exhausted with all the options.
Please help!!
