Create graph of projects on Github that use the json-schema topic over time.

Use first commit date data to plot the cumulative count of projects over time onto a graph.

Location of file depends on how the above Issue is resolved.
Location of the graph created is up to comitter.

The graph should be updated weekly with the Github action created in the above Issue.
