try using Q factor of P for interpolation based WSOS cone

wlog we should be able to use use qr(P).Q instead of P (as opposed to only using the qr for point picking)

In theory this should help (the Q should be ideal numerically) though when we tried it it didn't make much difference, but it was a long time ago that we tried it so probably worth reevaluating on our examples.
