(minor) Show notification on manual save more frequently

#127 disables the save commands & shows a notification every 20 times the user attempts to save.

It may make more sense to show the notification again after an interval of time. A user could miss the first notification and assume saving is broken because they don't see another notification when they try.

I started to work on this and realized that a time based approach may not make sense. The issue is that if the user hasn't figured out that auto-save is active (maybe they miss the first notification) it could be a while before they see it again (unless we set the time delay to be only a few minutes. In the meantime, they would trying to do manual saves many times. I think this needs a bit more discussion before we move to implementation.

I asked an AI to do a usability analysis of the two approaches and got this summary (after a bunch of back and forth):

An N-based reminder provides a better user experience because it responds directly to user intent rather than an arbitrary clock. Users hit save out of muscle memory, and showing a toast only after repeated manual save attempts creates a clear, contextual teaching moment without interrupting their workflow at random times. This reduces annoyance, accelerates behavior change, and keeps the UI focused on actual user actions, resulting in a more respectful and intuitive autosave experience.

I will leave this open a bit longer to see if other want to weigh in, but I am leaning towards closing this issue.
