`Segment Anything Model with 🤗Transformers` notebook small issues

While running Segment Anything Model with 🤗Transformers notebook, I found the following small issues, related to the rendering mostly:

• Missing image

• Incorrectly formed link

• Broken link to MONAI DICE loss. It goes to https://docs.monai.io/en/stable/_modules/monai/losses/dice.html#DiceLoss with generated 404.
