Add load/performance tests to ingester

Currently, the tests regarding ingester performance are limited to just timing the insertion operations. We should check if it is possible to improve these tests in order to validate the minimal performance requirement after changes are made.

We will integrate django-performance-testing into the Django test suite to automatically measure database query counts and execution times.
This approach ensures that any performance regressions, such as slower insert operations or excessive queries, are detected early.

Use cases:

• Integration tests measure the performance of the entire application workflow, ensuring that combined operations like batch inserts and data processing meet thresholds.
• Unit tests: validate that critical functions do not exceed query count or timing limits.

It works by measuring query counts and execution times during the test runs, regardless of whether the tests target isolated units or larger integrated flows.
