There was an error when deploying with Gunicorn

Bugs

I followed https://capev2.readthedocs.io/en/latest/usage/web.html#exposed-to-internet instructions to deploy cape-web, but found that there were errors during its operation.

By examining the source code of sflock, it was found that it read the file "password.txt" located in the "/opt/CAPEv2/web/sflock/data/" directory. However, this file is actually within the sflock package.
