Flashing the dongle with the soft-device

I wasn't able to find how to flash the dongle without overriding the soft device. Is there a way I missed?

This isn't a use-case we've needed or currently support. @chrysn might have some suggestions here.

I might come back to it flashing other projects, but until then, this may be relevant if you have the flexibility in choosing the library version: Seems like the new versions of the vendor library ("nRF Connect SDK") moved away from the "it's a fixed blob in flash" to "it's a library" model, so I'd expect the relevance for flashing those old softdevice blocks to generally decrease over time.
