This changes the activation behavior for the extension so it doesn't pop up in irrelevant contexts and take over the terminal.
Now, it only activates in workspaces with Koka files, or when a command is run.
Also on extension install (only for new users) it opens up a walkthrough microsoft/vscode#221964 (comment).
This walkthrough recommends some ordering of looking at the samples, and I link to it and the samples in
whatsnew.md.
