Cannot match my OTP

I have an OTP URI like you have in your code
otpauth://totp/ACME%20Co:alice%40google.com?secret=RTI4FZKPLAEEDTUM&issuer=ACME%20C"

No matter what I do, I cannot generate an accurate code OTP code like my phone does. I don't know per se what algorithm I am using nor the time to use, but when I tried a bunch of combinations i haven't been able to generate an accurate code.

I'm facing the same issue. Few days ago, everything was working fine. But now, for some reason, I can't generate a correct TOTP key.
