Release v0.7.0 requirements

I would propose a new v0.7.0 release once we complete the following tasks:

MISC

• Fix kustomize deprecation warnings in https://github.com/kubeflow/mpi-operator/blob/b1c5c9d0606d7870d8698980e3ffa1f0ebec0639/manifests/overlays/dev/kustomization.yaml.template: Replace deprecated commonLabels with labels in dev overlay #741

Dependency Update

• Upgrade Go version to v1.25: Upgrade Go version to v1.25 #739
• Upgrade Kubernetes version to v1.34: Upgrade Kubernetes dependencies to v1.34 #742

Feature

• Introduce clusterDomain to the Discovery file: Implement clusterDomain propagation to discover file #738
• Implement E2E test case for clusterDomain customization: Implement E2E tests for custom cluster-domain #743
