Adding Windows worker nodes - Flannel docs (sig) link is broken

The doc links to https://sigs.k8s.io/sig-windows-tools/guides/flannel.md which is unavailable (HTTP 404).

I'm attempting to deploy a Windows-based Kubernetes node. My starting point is https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/administer-cluster/kubeadm/adding-windows-nodes/.

When the node is deployed and joined, I need to configure networking as it is described in the Network configuration section of the document. But I'm stuck since there is no further guidance and the linked document is unavailable.

BTW, which other relevant documentation (or any other resources) are recommended for Windows worker nodes deployment?

I can't easily find a corresponding place in https://github.com/flannel-io/flannel/tree/master/Documentation for windows nodes. The link to Flannel in https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/administer-cluster/kubeadm/adding-windows-nodes/#network-configuration must be updated or removed.

I think the information is available in the documentation, e.g, https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/services-networking/windows-networking/

As outlined above, the Flannel CNI plugin is also supported on Windows via the VXLAN network backend (Beta support ; delegates to win-overlay) and host-gateway network backend (stable support; delegates to win-bridge).

And the links are working just fine there, but are a bit hard to find and lack proper instructions. Happy to summarize them and prepare simple instructions.
