[feature]: get more info on closed channel #10317

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am watching LND nodes and subscribing to all kinds of events. Whenever I am not watching, and a channel got opened and closed without being subscribed. I could not get all the channel data after the channel was closed in comparison to if it was still open. Like the push_amount_sat field.

An API call which allows to get more detailed information about a closed channel
