Revisiting URI patterns and linking

If I'm not mistaken, we have the Eurostat URI patterns outlined here:

I don't know of any other documentation which supersedes or is more current (looking at sample Eurostat data). If there is, lets take a look at that.

Given the configuration of URI patterns and some reconciliation in Linked SDMX, we should finalize on the patterns and linking. So, if any of the URI patterns or the design on re-using existing URIs will change, what are they going to be?
