Create new method in the server side

Hi Guys,
My name is Nitay Yakoby. I'm a student for software and information engineering from Israel. I'm using contest as part of my project and I would like to add a few Extras such as "GetTags" method. This method should give me the tags of job's id. I would really appreciate if somebody can hep with understanding the flow process when I send request to the server.
