[BUG] Changing user Agent by cli flag upens as website

Current Behavior

When I add an environment variable like this to my docker compose it tries to open it as a website instead of opening chromium with this flag

CHROME_CLI: "--user-agent='Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/107.0.0.0 Safari/537.36'"

Expected Behavior

No response

Steps To Reproduce

Create container in docker compose and try to stet the flag.

Environment

- OS: Ubuntu 2404
- How docker service was installed: Docker shell script.

CPU architecture

x86-64

Docker creation

This probably just a syntax issue on my side.
