Wanted change

It would be great if there was a link to the base Jackett release in the image releases. For example, v0.23.23-ls154 recently released would link to https://github.com/Jackett/Jackett/releases/tag/v0.23.23.

It already lists the commits, but there are not links to them like in the original release.

Reason for change

Easier comprehension of what is included in each change. I can just click links to browse to the commits.

Proposed code change

This could probably be useful in a lot of linuxserver release contexts. I'm not familiar enough yet with the infrastructure to know if there is a code change at a higher level that could provide this in many places, but that is where I would look first. Happy to provide some code if this is desirable.
