[BUG] 5.1.2-r1-ls410 Adding tracker list URL is not working

Current Behavior

Description

Adding tracker list URL fails.

Additional Context

This feature had been working fine before. However, after Watchtower automatically updated to the latest image yesterday, it stopped working.

Expected Behavior

Tracker list URL should be added successfully.

Add new torrent
