Wanted change

Unless I'm missing something it seems that it's possible to run this container with read_only: true without issues, although the documentation doesn't reflect that unlike some other containers.

Reason for change

This container can run as read_only to enhance security but the documentation doesn't mention this.

Proposed code change

Add readonly_supported: true in docker-syncthing/readme-vars.yml

it's not added because we havent tested it ourself. We have a list of containers to test for read-only and non-root. Spad may be willing to accept your test, but i imagine you would need to show the evidence of support.

I don't use the container so can't properly validate that everything works with read-only, without needing any modifications. If OP is confident that it all works then I'm happy to flag it as such.
