Subject: [PATCH] Fixed link to working block explorer

Previous block explorer is offline. Change to this or other Block explorer until Litecoin.Network is available.

Another option here would be to use the https://bitinfocharts.com/litecoin/  website - I believe currently is the one with most information about the LTC network and charts.
